Troubleshooting a HopeLine phone
If you experience any equipment- or service-related issues with your HopeLine phone, please contact the domestic violence agency or organization that issued the phone. Participating domestic violence organizations should contact their Verizon Wireless representative directly for troubleshooting, replacements, and any other questions regarding HopeLine phones.
HopeLine phone users should not contact Verizon Wireless Customer Service or visit a Communications Store for additional minutes or replacement phones.
If you are unable to contact the domestic violence organization that provided the phone, please send us an e-mail using the Contact Us form. Please include your assigned HopeLine mobile telephone number in the Comment Section.
