Patrick Devlin
President - New York Metro Region

Patrick Devlin is president of the New York Metro Region for Verizon Wireless, the leading wireless company with the most reliable voice and data network. He is responsible for sales, marketing, customer service, retail stores and expansion of the nation’s most reliable wireless network in 21 counties in New York and northern and central New Jersey, including Long Island and New York City’s five boroughs.

In his previous role as vice president-Distribution, Devlin was responsible for the company's national sales distribution operations, including retail, Enterprise and wholesale.

Devlin served as president of the company’s Washington/Baltimore/Virginia region for five years. Under his leadership, the region was cited by numerous regional and national organizations as a workplace of excellence, providing superior call quality and customer service.

Prior to his appointment as regional president in April of 2000, Devlin was executive director of stores in Bell Atlantic Mobile’s Washington/Baltimore region. Earlier, he was executive director of sales in Northern New Jersey where he was responsible for business, corporate, and data sales. He also held a number of sales positions in the Philadelphia region.

Before joining the company in December of 1986, Devlin worked for Coopers and Lybrand.

Devlin holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's of business administration from Temple University.
