Dean Taylor
President - South Central Region

Dean Taylor is president – South Central Region for Verizon Wireless, the premier wireless provider with the nation’s largest 4G LTE network and largest, most reliable 3G network. In this role, Taylor is responsible for directing sales, operations, financial performance and marketing for the region that includes the states of Arkansas and Oklahoma, as well as west Tennessee and north Mississippi. Region headquarters are in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Prior to this position, Taylor was the director of small and medium business sales for the Carolinas/Tennessee Region. In this role, he oversaw store operations, employee development and productivity, and customer loyalty initiatives. In both regions, he earned membership in the President’s Cabinet, reserved for those ranking in the top one percent nationally in sales.

Taylor has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has held a variety of management positions in retail sales in the Georgia/Alabama and Carolinas/Tennessee regions of Verizon Wireless.

He earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.
