Charlie Falco, is vice president – South Area Customer Service for Verizon Wireless, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s Customer Service Centers in the southern United States. Previously, he was vice president of operations for Verizon Wireless, overseeing the company’s national customer service operations. Falco has more than 26 years of experience in customer service, including 16 years in telecommunications. He began his telecommunications career in 1994 in Financial Services for one of Verizon Wireless’ predecessor companies and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the customer service area. Prior to joining the telecommunications industry, Falco spent 10 years in the banking industry.
